Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., March 2, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work will generally consist of overlay of asphalt athletic surface and replacement of lighting system in the park.
There will be a prebid conference held at 10:00 AM on February 9, 2021, at John Lucas Park located at 18th and Charles Street, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00 .
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. This project is funded 100% by CDBG funds and therefore subject to Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Law. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
