Join the Buchanan County University of Missouri Extension for Stay Strong/Stay Healthy, a nutrition, wellness, and fitness class designed to help you learn about how to stay active and healthy and incorporate movement into your daily life. Participants will be measured at the beginning of the class and again at the end to help them see the progress they made throughout the length of the course. This course is free and meets two days a week, Wednesday and Friday, from 10-11 am at the JRP 50+ Activity Center.
